This month The Design Conspiracy have been scratching all day long.

Not all the staff realise just how good HBOS' customer service really is, in fact they've won a couple of customer service awards recently. So, to help raise awareness we designed some scratch cards based on the idea of Claims To Fame.

Simply answer the question, 'So far this year, how many external customers have complimented HBOS GI for it's excellent customer service?'

Employees who got the right answer got entered into a draw to win £100 worth of vouchers.

The right answer? Over 11,000.
